This Product Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and use of Regular Slime Experience tickets at The Slime Factory (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase and/or participating in the experience, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Description of the Product

A Regular Slime Experience Ticket includes access to:
• One (1) slime-making session
• Standard base slime (type varies by location)
• Mix-in/add-ons (options vary)
• Use of tools, workspace, and safety materials provided on-site
• Staff guidance during the slime-making process

Exact inclusions may vary slightly by location. Any additions, upgrades, or premium items must be purchased separately.

2. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final.

Regular Slime Experience tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product, except where required by applicable law.

Failure to attend, late arrival, or choosing not to participate does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

3. Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

The Slime Factory does not guarantee availability for guests arriving outside their scheduled time.
Unused tickets do not roll over to future dates.

4. Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete this Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement prior to participating.

Participants under the age of 18 must have this Agreement completed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Safety & Conduct

Guests agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance.

The Slime Factory reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

While materials used are non-toxic, guests with allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions participate at their own risk.

The Slime Factory does not guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or sensitivities.

7. Clothing & Personal Property

Slime activities can be messy.

The Slime Factory is not responsible for stained clothing, damaged personal items, or lost belongings.
Protective aprons or lab coats may be provided but are not guaranteed to prevent all staining.

8. Parent / Guardian Supervision

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated.

Staff supervision is limited to activity instruction and safety guidance and does not replace parental supervision.

9. Photo & Video Release (Optional)

Guests may be photographed or recorded during their visit for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.

Consent to photography or video use is voluntary.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify staff in writing at the time of their visit.

Images or recordings, if used, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold.

During booking, waiver completion, or participation, we may collect limited personal information such as names, contact details, and booking information.

This information is used solely for:
• Reservation management

The Slime Factory does not sell personal data.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel Sessions

The Slime Factory reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to safety concerns, equipment issues, staffing, or operational needs.

If a session is canceled by The Slime Factory, guests will be offered a reschedule or store credit at the Company’s discretion.

12. Slime Result Disclaimer

I understand and agree that the final slime result may vary from guest to guest.

While The Slime Factory provides quality materials and guided instructions, results depend on individual factors including, but not limited to:
• Guest’s age
• Ability to follow instructions
• Measurement, pouring, and mixing technique
• Ingredient handling and manipulation

Because slime-making is a hands-on, creative activity, identical results are not guaranteed.

No refunds, credits, replacements, or redo slimes will be issued due to variations in slime quality resulting from guest handling or individual performance.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Slime Experience, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and that all participants in my group will comply with these terms.
